Use the right tool for the right question

Frailty, acute severity, disability, CGA, CFS, PFFS, HABAM, recovery potential and palliative need are related but not interchangeable constructs. The centre will not turn every question into one composite score.

Phase 1.1 position

Original authorised instruments remain available unchanged. Interactive scoring is deliberately paused while digital-use permission, intended purpose, arithmetic/display validation and any relevant regulatory implications are checked. Chris may explain approved teaching material but must not invent a scoring rule.
